Who operates the site
The CREITIX site is operated by Eithan Zagainov, a photography, social media and creative studio in Tel Aviv. For questions about your personal information: eithanzwork@gmail.com or by phone at 055-9339917.
What information we receive
You can browse the site without providing any details. Personal information reaches us only when you choose to get in touch: through the contact form (name, business or brand, phone or email, and the content of your message), via WhatsApp, or by email. There is no need to send us an ID number, medical information, or payment details.
What we use the information for
To respond to your inquiry, understand what you are looking for, prepare a proposal, and continue the conversation about the service you requested. We will not use your details to send marketing messages without separate consent, and we will not sell them to anyone.
Providing your details is your choice
You are not legally required to give us your details. If you do not provide a way to reach you, we will not be able to get back to you.
How your message reaches us
A message sent through the contact form is transmitted and processed through Netlify, the site’s hosting provider, and stored in its forms system so that we can read and handle it. If an email notification is set up, a copy of the message is also sent to the operator’s mailbox. A message sent via WhatsApp or email goes through the service you chose (Meta’s WhatsApp or the email service). Use of these services is also subject to the privacy policies of the companies that operate them, and your information may be processed and stored by them outside of Israel. We will not add you to any mailing list because you contacted us.
Who sees the information
Inquiries are handled by the operator. If additional team members take part in a particular project, they will only receive what is needed to carry out the work. We will share information with another party only if required by law.
Cookies, measurement and external services
The site has a cookie banner that lets you approve or decline non-essential cookies, and a preferences panel that can be opened at any time via “Privacy preferences” at the bottom of the page. If you accept measurement in the cookie banner, the website uses Google Analytics 4 by Google to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, where visitors came from, device type, general location (country and city) and actions such as sending the form or clicking contact links. We do not send Google your name, phone number, email, message or any form field. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID> that last up to two years, and the data is kept in our account for 14 months. Advertising features are off: no personalised advertising, no remarketing and no Google Signals. Google acts as a data processor and information may be transferred to servers outside Israel. If you do not accept, or withdraw your consent through “Privacy preferences” at the bottom of every page, Google Analytics is not loaded and its cookies are removed from your browser. The fonts, images and videos on the site are served by the site itself, not by external services. The site’s hosting provider, Netlify, may retain technical browsing data (such as IP address and access time) for operational and security purposes.
Links to external services
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, and email take you to a third-party service, and using it is subject to that service’s own terms and policy.
How long we keep the information
We keep inquiries for as long as they are needed to handle the request and continue the conversation. An inquiry that did not turn into shared work and is no longer needed will be deleted within a reasonable time, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Once an inquiry becomes an engagement, we keep what is required to manage the work and as required by law.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, including the use of secured accounts and limiting access to inquiries. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that a security breach will never occur.
Your rights
You may request to review your information, correct it, or ask to have it deleted, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law. Contact us at eithanzwork@gmail.com. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before providing information.
Updates
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this policy and the update date at the top of the page.
