General
The site is operated by Eithan Zagainov under the CREITIX brand (the “Operator”), and presents the studio’s services in photography, content creation, creative work, and social media management, alongside examples of past work. Use of the site constitutes agreement to these terms.
Information on the site
The descriptions on the site are meant to give general information about the services and are not a binding offer. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, price, and terms of engagement are set out in a written proposal and agreement with each client. Sending an inquiry through the site, WhatsApp, or email is not a service order and does not create an obligation for either party.
No guarantee of results
The work shown on the site is presented as an example of style and quality of work. Nothing in it, or anywhere else on the site, promises any business, marketing, or numerical outcome, such as sales, exposure, engagement, or growth on social media pages.
Intellectual property
The images, videos, texts, design, and logo of CREITIX are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights of the Operator or of the relevant rights holders. Content from the site, in whole or in part, may not be copied, distributed, edited, publicly displayed, or otherwise used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Brand names and client work
The brand names, logos, and trademarks appearing on the site belong to their owners. Their display is meant to describe work carried out for these brands or within their projects, and does not imply partnership, endorsement, or an ongoing business relationship, unless explicitly stated. If you are a rights holder and wish to have content removed, contact us and we will address it.
Permitted use of the site
The site may not be used in a way that harms its operation, its security, or the rights of others, including attempting to breach systems, running automated tools to collect content at an unusual scale, or uploading offensive or unlawful content.
Site availability
We work to keep the site available and functioning properly, but there may be malfunctions, interruptions, errors, or changes to content. The Operator may update, change, or remove content from the site at any time.
Liability
The site and the information on it are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the site, reliance on general information appearing on it, or its unavailability. The Operator’s liability regarding a service actually performed will be determined according to the agreement between the parties. Nothing in this clause exempts the Operator from liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site contains links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Gmail. The Operator is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of these services.
Privacy
The handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district, subject to any law that provides otherwise.
Preservation of statutory rights
Nothing in these terms derogates from a right that cannot be waived or contracted out of by law.
